Glaze and glazing
"glazing" is a term that can be used to describe the coating of glaze on ceramic products, as well as to describe a sauce or coating used in cooking.
In ceramic manufacturing, glaze is applied to the surface of the pottery and fired at high temperatures to create a smooth, hard coating.
In cooking, a glaze is typically a flavorful sauce used to enhance the taste and appearance of a dish, which can be brushed onto the surface of food or poured onto a plate.
Therefore, the term "glazing" can have different specific meanings in different contexts, but they all involve the concept of surface coating and coating.
I recently started this new project that I am very excited about. It is still in the work-in-progress stage, with ongoing experiments using different food material glazes.
