Fluid Table Project

Installation, food, performance.

Our work explores the dynamic relationships that emerge during the dining experience.

We use food as an art material to reduce the distance between people and our work, conveying stories through the process of consuming and tasting.

This is a long-term collaborative project run by Fo, Nuo Chen, and Minxi Chen, who come from different departments of the Royal College of Art.
